My ten favorite things are:

For the Student Blogging Challenge, we are writing about our digital footprints, if we think we say the same things online as we do in real person, and if people would recognize us online. So here’s what I think:
I think that I have the same personalty online as I do in real life because I put things on the Internet that I would actually say. I don’t try to be someone I’m not. Besides, I think that people who try to be someone else on the Internet, are not happy with themselves so they put on a disguise online.
Sorry for writing my post a little late. I’ve been really busy with softball, but for the Student Blogging Challenge, we are writing a post about what secret we think hides in this forest. Here is the picture:
A secret that I think hides in this forest is a magical waterfall that can grant you any wish you want if you stand underneath it. Only if you are brave enough to travel through this dangerous, scary pathway to get to it though!
Well, as most of you already know, softball season has started!! I’m so excited because softball is my favorite sport and I look forward to playing it all year. This year, the girls on my team are Grace, Brooke, Jenna, Maggie, Macie, Jill, Ashlee, Macy, Laney, Braya, Mayci, Courtney, Lexi, Haley, and (well of course) me! We have played 5 games this year and only lost one so far. I really love my team because we’re not just friends, we’re family and we play very well together!

For the Student Blogging Challenge, we are to write a post about ten things you could do with a holey sock. Now, this took some creativity, but I finally figured out ten ways. Here they are!
You could use a holey sock for…
1) A sock puppet.
2) A toy for a puppy.
3) As a rag.
4) As a bat warmer for softball to keep it warm when it’s cold.
5) To put on a water bottle to absorb the sweat.
6) Window cleaner.
7) Sew it and reuse it.
8) A bag for something.
9) A headband.
10) Roll it up and put a rubber-band on it to use as a ball.

This week for the blogging challenge, we have the option to write about anything we want, so I decided to write about Duck Dynasty! For those of you who don’t know what that is, it is a reality TV show about a Louisiana family who became multimillionaires by making duck calls. The Robertson men are Phil and Si (who are brothers), and Willie, Jase, and Jep (who are Phil’s sons). Oh and by the way, they are known for their long beards. Willie, Jase, and Jep all have a bunch of kids, too that are also in the show like John Luke, Sadie, Cole and so on.
Out of all the people on this show, I would have to say that Si is my favorite because he is always cracking jokes and being goofy! I love it how he says, “Hey, Jack” all the time! :) Jase would have to be my second favorite.

Well, if you have already looked at my sidebar, you realize that I was nominated for the Best Student Blog of 2012! :) I just found out today when I got on the EduBlogs website to see who won, looked at the nominations and saw my blog name on there! I still can’t believe it because only 49 people were nominated. However, I didn’t win because I didn’t even know I was on there, so who could’ve voted for me? Oh well, I’ll get it next time! Just thought I’d share this exciting news with you! :)

Well, about two weeks ago from Saturday, my mom and I went up to Plain City to get the new member of our family… Willy! 
Willy is a mix between a Maltese and a Yorkshire Terrier. I’m telling you, he is the cutest little thing you will ever see! At least that’s what I think. 
Anyway, as most of you know, we already have a German Shepherd named Riley who is the most handsome dog in the world!. Again, that’s what I think. Anyhow, Riley was used to being the only dog in our home for six years, so when we brought Willy home for the first time, he was a little surprised. I have to say though that they warmed up to each other pretty quick and Riley is being a good big brother! He will even let Willy tug on his tail and just the other day, Riley was laying on his side and Willy came up to him and laid down against Riley’s stomach. The best part was that Riley didn’t even move and they looked so cute!
I love it when we take Willy outside because him and Riley will run around the yard chasing each other for awhile! Since Willy is on a leash though, that means I have to run around the yard, too and sometimes the yard is still wet! 
So besides that, it’s really fun having two dogs around the house!

The book I am reading right now is called Stolen written by Lucy Christopher. This book won an award for “excellence in young adult literature”. I really like this book because I have never, really read a book that is written like it before. That’s because it’s a journal written to a boy from a girl that was kidnapped by that boy. Plus, you just don’t want to put it down once you start reading it and those are the kind of books I enjoy.
Anyway, this book is about a sixteen year old girl named Gemma who gets kidnapped at an airport while she was in a coffee shop. Her kidnapper is a man who is in his early 30′s. He drugs Gemma up and then takes her to the middle of a desert in Australia where he has a house and everything built and he wants her to live with him….forever. This man also wants Gemma to fall in love with him, but she refuses and tries many times to escape. The creepiest part is that he has been watching her, since she was ten.
That’s all I’m going to tell you so you will just have to read the book yourself and, trust me, it gets really good after that! Happy reading!
